By participating in any activities or events organized by Skillshotz Gaming, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in the activities organized by SkillShotz Gaming involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, theft, and damage to personal property. I voluntarily assume all such risks and hereby release SkillShotz Gaming, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability arising from or in connection with my participation in said activities.
Waiver of Liability: I waive any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether in law or equity, arising out of or in connection with my participation in the activities organized by [Your Organization's Name]. This includes, but is not limited to, any injuries, illnesses, accidents, losses, damages, theft, or other incidents that may occur as a result of my participation.
Video and Photography Release: I grant Skillshotzg Gaming the right to use, reproduce, publish, and display any photographs, images, or videos taken during the activities organized by SkillShotz Gaming, for promotional, educational, or other related purposes. I understand and agree that these materials may be used in various media outlets, including but not limited to websites, social media, newsletters, and press releases, without any further consent or compensation.
Video Surveillance Notice: I acknowledge that video surveillance equipment is in use at SkillShots Gaming's premises and/or during the activities. The video surveillance may include audio recordings. I understand and consent to the collection and use of such recordings for security and safety purposes, and that these recordings may be used as evidence in a court of law if necessary.
Financial Responsibility for Damages: I agree to be held financially responsible for any damage caused by myself or any member of my party to the property, facilities, equipment, or any other belongings owned by SkillShotz Gaming or its affiliates. This includes, but is not limited to, intentional or unintentional damage caused during the activities organized by [Your Organization's Name].
I have carefully read and fully understand the terms and conditions stated in this waiver and release of liability. I voluntarily agree to be bound by its provisions and hereby acknowledge that I have given up substantial rights by signing this waiver. I also confirm that I am of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement.
